Hi,
What is not clear is the difference between an Amelia Manager and a Wordpress Administrator. Despite having enabled the function to allow admins to book appointments outside of an employee's regular working hours, the people with the Amelia Manager role remains unable to book patients into the non-regular timeslots, however the wordpress administrator can. This concerns me as it means that I have to give all my branch "managers" access to my full Wordpress panel which seems very risky, as we need the branch managers to be able to make backend adjustments to employee's working hours on a case by case basis.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is how it is designed there must be some difference with the roles and this option is called allow admin to book at any time so only admin has this kind of possibilities. This is not possible to enable for managers.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
