Issue with Shared Resource Capacity Calculation Across Multiple Services

    Hi,

    I’m experiencing an issue with resource availability on my booking setup.

    We have 4 different services that all share the same physical space (a room with 24 seats). The services are:

    1. Crafts – 2 hours

    2. Wine & Ceramics – 2 hours

    3. Glazing – 2 hours

    4. Hourly Craft Pass (10-hour pass, booked in 1-hour increments)

    Each service is handled by a separate employee with capacity set from 1 to 24. I created a shared resource called "Chairs" with a quantity of 24, and assigned it to all services.

    Sometimes the system correctly allows up to 24 simultaneous bookings across the services, but in other cases, it stops accepting bookings after 2 or 10 people, even though availability remains.

    I’ve checked the following:

    • The resource is marked as shared and assigned to all services.

    • Each employee and service allows group booking up to 24 people.

    • No custom schedules or buffer times are interfering.

    • All services are within the same time slot and duration.

    Could you please help me identify what might be causing these inconsistent availability issues?

    Please check in appointment settings settings if you turned off option called Allow booking below minimum capacity
