Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I recently upgraded from the Starter to the Standard license for the Amelia plugin, mainly to enable PayPal integration. However, after following all of your suggested methods, the plugin still behaves like the Starter version — PayPal is not showing, and no Standard features are available.
Here’s what I’ve already tried (unsuccessfully):
- Replacing the plugin via FTP (as described in your documentation)
- Uploading and reinstalling the plugin from the ZIP file via WordPress
- Manually deleting the old plugin folder and reuploading the new one
- Deactivating/reactivating the plugin and the license key
- Clearing browser and server cache
- Verifying file structure after upload
Despite all of this, the plugin is still acting as if I’m using the Starter license. I have received the payment confirmation, but no new license key — I reused the original one as instructed.
Please help me activate the Standard version properly, or provide a new key if needed.
