We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi Team, Amelia plugin service tab is giving us issue. When clicked on tab or any button in which amelia service is configured , it keeps on loading. Also on Wp dashboard amelia tab we cannot see any services tho we have 12 services and 2 packages none is showing due to which our business is impacted. Please check on priority for the same

I am writing to inquire about the steps you have outlined for the new pluggin. Before proceeding, I would like to ensure that my data remains safe and secure.
Could you please confirm that following these steps will not result in any data loss or corruption? Additionally, I would like to know if there is a way to create a backup of all my existing data, so I can restore it if needed.
Furthermore, after installing the new plugin, will I be able to integrate my existing services and features seamlessly? I would like to ensure that all my previous configurations and data are preserved and functional.
Please let me know if there are any precautions I need to take or if there are any specific procedures for backing up and restoring my data.

If you follow the steps that we have sent you you will not lose any of the data and there will no other changes and all should be fine. As for site backup for this you need to reach out to your hosting provider.
