We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I define a service that has a 10 recurrent appointments.
So I can't understand that a customer can make a booking with five or with eleven. The first option if less than define and the second with more than define.
Worst thant this if when I click to show the service, the user can it make the appointment clicking to the button "No" and make the appoinment not recurrent.
I added screenshots to show it.
Regards,
Marta

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid we’re not quite sure how you've configured this, as such a setup is not available in Amelia. When you enable recurring appointments, you're only setting how often that appointment should repeat.
As for the "No" button – everything is functioning as intended. The recurring option is not mandatory and cannot be made mandatory. If a customer doesn't want a recurring appointment and prefers to book just a single one, they can simply click "No" and proceed with booking a one-time appointment.
This is the intended behavior and has been designed to work that way.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind regards,
Marko Davidovic

Hi Marko,
I don't understand then that you can set a service that a recurring service and it doesn't check the number of appoinments and not is mandatory the number of appoinments nor configure the minimal of appointments needed.
In my case, recurring service is created with a discount make; this service have a lower price than the normal service with only one session.
Anyway, when I setting the service, in the form you can set the two options with the recurring service:
I don't know how working it (if is not mandatory or not limited), but as I tell you, you can pay less that the sum of all the recurring appoinments fixed and you could do it more appoinments that the setted to the service.
You can check my Amelia options for this service with the attachment
to check it and the screenshots older
that the user was able to do it
For me the problem is the payment, not the appoinment. I wish to receive the money for all the sessions
In other case, tell me then another way to do create a service that the user payed in advance for the 10 sessions for example??
Marta
Sorry, I didn't remember to attach the configured service options

Hello again,
We are a little confused now to be honest you are now mentioned some issue with payments. Not sure what it is but this "In other case, tell me then another way to do create a service that the user payed in advance for the 10 sessions for example?? " is possible with the pro license. You need packages of services but for this you will need to upgrade to Pro license. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/packages/.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Hi Marko,
Thanks. If I understand only this made with the packages because the use of recurring services it's only to make a booking dates and paid only for the dates seleted??
I've a bite disappointed with the functionallity and how works their plugin.
I founded a few issues and bugs that not works as the documentation explain:
Can upgraded to Pro from my current license??

Marta
