Dear Amelia Support Team,
I recently upgraded to the Pro version of Amelia because I need to use event-related booking features on my website.
However, after the upgrade, I’ve found that only the following shortcodes are working correctly:
[ameliabooking] (step-by-step booking)
[ameliacustomerpanel]
[ameliaemployeespanel]
All other shortcodes—especially those related to events, such as:
[ameliaevents]
[ameliaeventlistbooking]
[ameliaeventbooking event=XX]
[ameliaeventcalendar]
…do not display anything on the frontend. The page loads but remains completely blank where the shortcode should render.
Also, I noticed that in Elementor, only the working shortcodes appear as available widgets. The ones related to events are completely missing.
I have already:
Verified that the Pro license is active
Updated the plugin to the latest version
Ensured that my events are active, visible, and have future dates
Cleared all cache (WP Rocket, server, browser)
Disabled all optimization plugins temporarily
Used both shortcode blocks and Elementor’s shortcode widget
Despite all that, the issue persists.
Please help me understand why these Pro features are not working, and how I can resolve this. I specifically upgraded to Pro to use event booking for my group classes.
Looking forward to your assistance.
Best regards,
Xabier Salvatierra

Hello Xabier,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you will have to download the Pro version of the plugin that you can find on the TMS store.
After that, install it on your website, clear the cache and it should be fine.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros,
I already have the pro version, this is the obvious reason I'm contacting customer support, because I have the pro version and the forms and not working. The cache has been cleared too, several times indeed.
Any other tips for the plugin to work properly? because everything started after the last update.
