I having problem that an Appointment is created when payment fails. I was not happening if earlier Version of Amelia & I am using Amelia from past 5Years are so. When i upgraded to Amelia Pro I am facing this problem. I tried everything from my side. Need Help desperately as my portal is down since last 4 to 5days because of this issue. Can someone help me as i have knowledge of coding…

Payment method is thro woocommerce and we are using Cashfree Payment gateway
Hi Maastek, I'm just writing because I saw your question and I went through the same problem a while ago. That issue of allowing bookings even when the payment fails (payments through WooCommerce) happens if you have the hidden option enabled: "Create booking before payment process" (you can see my ticket here: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3481698/). I enabled that option to try to avoid duplicate appointments, but I realized that the booking is created even when the payment fails. So I disabled the option, and now the system works fine, although bookings still occasionally get duplicated when two clients make a payment at the same time for appointments with same date and time.

I will need to take a look into your website to see how the rules were set up on your website.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Still the Appointment is created on failure of payment. I have been struggling from past 10day to fix this issue without any results. My website is down from past 10days
