Hello,
I have a couple of customers who want to use sms notification and are ready to pay for it. How can I set the payment so that each customer is responsible for their payment, and each customer adds their own payment? Each customer should receive notification when payment is low, not me.
Can you please let me know if that is possible and how I can do that? Thank you so much.

Hello Lawson,
Thank you for your message.
Currently, there isn't an option to have each customer be responsible for their own SMS notification payments directly. However, I will forward your request to our development team for future consideration.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

hello,
I have not created a different ticket because this is in the same line as SMS notification, this time it is email notification
I’m using the Amelia booking plugin across several websites I manage for different clients. I've set up SMTP on one of the sites, but the test email fails, and currently, only I (as the site administrator) receive email notifications when a customer books an appointment.
I’d like to know:
Is it possible to configure Amelia so that each of my clients (business owners) receives an email notification when their customer books an appointment? Also, can the customer who makes the booking receive an automatic confirmation email as well?
Each website is set up separately for each client, and I want to ensure the email notifications go to the correct parties – both the business owner and their clients.
ps. I have talked to the hosting company and sent them a screenshot, and everything was set up correctly.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Hello Anani,
You can add the admin email to the "Send all notifications to additional addresses" field on the Amelia > Settings > Notifications page. This will ensure that the business owner receives email notifications when a customer books an appointment.
As for the issue with customers not receiving an email, could you please provide admin access so I can check the settings for the customer notifications?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
