In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have a site with the Contact Form 7 plugin installed, but when I install the "Amelia WP Booking Plugin," the forms can't be submitted. I urgently need to fix this.

This needs to be fixed urgently. I tried switching plugins to WPform, but that doesn't work either. I installed the Ninja Form plugin, and the form is submitted, but the scheduler stops working.
Please, I need an urgent response because I have to leave the site operational today.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, Amelia doesn’t have a direct integration with Contact Form 7.That said, the issue with the form not submitting might not necessarily be related to a conflict with Amelia. Was it working properly before you installed our plugin?
