One of my employees (Isabelle Alpi) is reporting a problem with the synchronisation of her diary for Tuesday. I've noticed a very strange bug and I invite you to test the following url with the predefined filters for Tuesday appointments:
https://psychotrauma.expert/prendre-rdv/?ameliaEmployeeId=29&ameliaServiceId=22&ameliaLocationId=6
What do I notice that's wrong? Please follow the steps in the right order:
1) By clicking on the URL link above, we have the calendar open for May 2025, although we are on 17 April
2) By looking at the free slots: there are 6 free slots on 6 May and 6 free slots on 13 May
3) By selecting the month of April: there are still 6 free slots on 6 May
4) Selecting the month of May again: there are no free slots on 6 May and there are 2 free slots on 13 May
In conclusion: synchronisation behaviour varies
Thank you for looking into the problem urgently.

Hello Philippe,
Thank you for your detailed explanation and for pointing this out.
I've carefully followed the steps you described using the provided URL, but I was unable to replicate the issue on my end—everything appears to function normally, with consistent availability being shown across calendar views.
To investigate this further, could you or Isabelle please provide a screen recording of the issue, showing the exact steps taken and the inconsistencies you’re encountering with the slots on May 6 and May 13? This would help us pinpoint whether the problem is related to cache, browser, or potentially a temporary sync issue.
We really appreciate your help and patience with this!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
In the meanwhile I’ve found the issue : the setting in Amelia integration with Google calendar was set on 50 synchronised timeslots, what was not enough . I have set them on 200 and everything is working fine.
Best regards
