Thanks for reaching out to us. It’s most likely a user role conflict. Please ensure that only a single user role is assigned to the WP user (it should be assigned only to the administrator role).

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please provide WP admin credentials, and I’ll log in to take a closer look.

I see now—I was referring to the Taxes section in general. May I kindly ask for admin access, as I’m currently unable to see the Plugins section?

I can either install the fix myself or send it to you via WeTransfer so you can overwrite the current licensed version. Let me know what works best for you.

Thanks for the creds, apologies for the delayed answer, we've had a Labor Day holiday break. I'm logged in now and once i try to open any random payment from Finance section, i can see the Edit details

Yes, apparently, there is a database issue. It looks like the column is missing in reposity database 

I've installed the phpmyadmin (database access plugin), since this would need to be investigated through the database. Let me consult developers and i will get back to you with the feedback.

I’ve received some feedback—this has been identified as a bug and will be addressed in an upcoming update.

In the meantime, it has been temporarily fixed via the plugin editor. However, it looks that there is still an issue when events are used with taxes only. Could you test it on your side and let us know if it's working as expected?
