Hi,
We make a new notification and try to send the email test notification to check how can I see the message but it´s impossible because there´s an error notification and it can´t sended.
If I try with an existing notification, makes the same error.

Hi Marta,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website and see what's going on.

Hi Stefan,
If I try to make the appointment from the web then I receive the email. Only not works when I try to test de email notification to check the labels and the body.
It's the same if the notification it's create automatically or I make a new one.
In case of test email, then not works allways.
Marta
Hi Marta,
Thanks for the feedback. Ionos SMTP (or other non-standard SMTP settings) are generally not recommended, as they often require specific hosting-related configurations and may not work reliably. We recommend using Google SMTP for sending email notifications within Amelia.
We recently added support for both Outlook and Google, but since Outlook has deprecated their SMTP settings, only Google SMTP can be used at the moment.
There are the parameters for Google SMTP
When you select this option, four inputs will appear – you need to populate them to configure SMTP properly. A Google SMTP example:
The most commonly used SMTP Ports are 465 and 587. Port 465 uses “SSL” as SMTP Secure, while port 587 uses “TLS” as SMTP Secure.
You can test them and let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thanks Stefan.
I've my domain and my email account with Ionos or may be another hosting platform but I'd like to use these email, because it's my corporative email.
So can you tell me how do I do then to send the email with using Google Smtp with a none gmail account??
King Regards,
Marta
Hi Marta,
If you’re using custom SMTP settings, you can install a third-party plugin like Brevo and insert your SMTP parameters there, while keeping WP Mail configured in Amelia. This setup is commonly used when a different SMTP provider is preferred. However, we always recommend using Google SMTP configured directly within Amelia for optimal performance and reliability.

Thanks Stefan!!!
There's a thing that it's confuse. The employee use the Gmail Calendar to make the appoinment event on the calendar.
When the customer makes an appoinment, receive and email from the gmail account setted to the employer not the email configured for notifications.
Exists another way to send the calendar event from "[email protected]" instead "posatmaka@gmail", or send from gmail with the account "[email protected]"?
Regards,
Marta
