We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to have the option to log in or register when scheduling an appointment, in the "Your information" tab.
This is because after users make the appointment and payment, they receive an email with access to the reserved area to make the payment, but they have not defined a password to access it. Only if you click on "Recover password" do you receive a reset email, but you never actually set a password.
In the same way, if the customer is already a regular customer, he already has an account, so he just needs to log in to avoid having to fill in the details again.
Is this something that is possible?
Best regards.
Hi Filipe,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, at this time, there is no option to require customers to log in before booking. All customers who access your booking form can make a reservation, as there is no login option.
Regarding the notifications and panel access links, these depend on the user role configuration. A customer will not be able to log in to the customer panel unless they are registered beforehand. After booking, the customer will receive an access link. They can use this link or their credentials to log in to the panel. You can also find more information on this link.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
