We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there, i'm running the Amelia latest version and still getting several plugging errors:
1: My appointments doesn't show up in the Appointments section, event when i select the proper days and employee. However they can be seen in the Dashboard section. (i'll attache a screenshot of this)
2: Getting the same error in the Calendar Section, it doesn't show any appointments at all. (i'll attache a screenshot of this)
3: And most important: My employee is sync with his google calendar and when he tries to cancel a slot for his schedule, the hrs blocked on google calendar doesn't sync with Amelia booking. (i'll attache a screenshot of this)
This is making my client to loose a lot of businesses and continues upset clients. hopefully we can get some help in here because.... well this is what the plugging supposed to do isn't?
Thanks
Osar

Hello Oscar,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1.2.Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
3.Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros,
I do not have an admin with the same employee or customer email, so that couldn't be causing the conflict, also i have enabled the option from "remove google calendar busy slots".
In events returned i have 50 but i did change it to a 1000. do you have any other solution for the plugging conflict im facing?
Thanks so much for your help!
Oscar
Hello Oscar,
Thank you for the update on this.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
