We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I can't insert appointments in the free time slots, it only gives me available based on the duration of the treatment, for example 13:00 - 13:45 if the treatment lasts 45 minutes if I want to put it at 13.30 it tells me that it is not available even if the employee is free all day
then I have another problem if I try to drag an appointment from one employee to another I get a confirmation pop-up I confirm insertion but it doesn't move
Best regards
Anna

Hi Anna,
Thank you for reaching out!
To resolve the issue with not being able to insert appointments at times like 13:30, please follow these steps:
Go to Amelia > Settings > General
→ Set the Default Time Slot Step to 15 minutes (this will allow bookings to start every 15 minutes).
Then head to Amelia > Settings > Roles > Admin
→ Disable the option “Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration” (this will prevent the system from locking bookings to fixed intervals based only on service length).
Regarding the second issue — dragging an appointment from one employee to another but it not being moved — this may be a bug or caching issue. Try refreshing the page after dragging and check if the change was saved. If not, let us know which browser you're using and if you can send a short screen recording, that would be super helpful!
Let me know how it goes!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
