We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I have transferred my website to a new hosting provider (Hostinger), and now my databases are showing that there are no records available.

Can you please let me know what could have caused this and what I can do to correct this?

I have checked the old SQL database, and it contains the same number of files and the same number of rows per file. Maybe the database was disconnected? Is there a way to reconnect it?

The empty databases are listed under the 'Listings' menu at the top of the main page of the website www.italiandirectory.com

EDIT: After some searching, as it turn out, when I switched hosting providers from Bluehost to Hostinger, all the SQL table prefixes were changed from cbf_wpdatatable_17 with Bluehost to wp_wpdatatable_17 with Hostinger and now it would seem that the wpDataTables plugin can't find the cbf_ tables it's looking for. Is there a way to reconnect the new tables with the wp_ prefixes?

I have created a new table using the 'generate a query to mySQL database' option for my business listings, but this is not how it was before with manual tables. I would prefer to just reconnect the newly named tables and use those if that can be done easily. Your thoughts?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you
