Upgrade to Standard Not Working

    Hi there,

I recently upgraded to the Standard license, and it shows as active under my account.

I've followed all steps from your documentation:

    • Deactivated and deleted the old plugin

    • Cleared all Amelia plugin files via File Manager

    • Downloaded the latest version from your store

    • Reinstalled and activated the plugin with the same license

However, payment features like Stripe, PayPal, and even On-site payments remain locked with "Upgrade" badges. The system is still behaving like it's stuck on Basic.

Can you please manually refresh the license validation on your side.

    Thank you!

    Hello again,

Then this is issue with your site not with Amelia. We have sent you a full license that works 100%.

    1. Please check for some other device and browser and purge the cache from the site and browser
    2. This coukd be a slightly more difficult case of residual cache and it is not enough to clean it only through the plugin, but it is necessary to contact the hosting provider to purge the entire cache from the server.
    3. Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
Delete the existing plugin folder ("ameliabooking")
Open the zipped file, and extract the "ameliabooking" folder you see in the zip file into ../wp-content/plugins/ folder
Go to the WP-admin panel and open the Plugins section
Deactivate the plugin, and then activate it again
      Clear server and browser cache

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic
