We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
I recently upgraded to the Standard license, and it shows as active under my account.
I've followed all steps from your documentation:
Deactivated and deleted the old plugin
Cleared all Amelia plugin files via File Manager
Downloaded the latest version from your store
Reinstalled and activated the plugin with the same license
However, payment features like Stripe, PayPal, and even On-site payments remain locked with "Upgrade" badges. The system is still behaving like it's stuck on Basic.
Can you please manually refresh the license validation on your side.
Thank you!
Hello Marko
I followed your istructions and that still hasn't woked. I still cannot access Stripe payments?

Hello again,
Then this is issue with your site not with Amelia. We have sent you a full license that works 100%.
Delete the existing plugin folder ("ameliabooking")
Open the zipped file, and extract the "ameliabooking" folder you see in the zip file into ../wp-content/plugins/ folder
Go to the WP-admin panel and open the Plugins section
Deactivate the plugin, and then activate it again
Clear server and browser cache
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
