You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi there! Can you please help me with upcoming events section, next to the calendar. For some reason it is showing me only the events in May and I cannot go back to April (the current month). How do I integrate my Zoom account with Amelia? Also, is there any way to send the event to others? I can only see the option to book it or to close the window, not to share it. And last thing- I've tried booking an event and paying via Stripe and it worked well. But, I'm not getting any notifications in my mailbox with the event inbox. I suspect that gmail is blocking Amelia to send out notifications to clients. How do I resolve it? Google is not allowing apps with lower security levels to connect any longer. This is really urgent, that you for taking the time to help me out.

Before I proceed with the explanation, I’d like to share some information about our ticket policy. I’ve noticed that your current ticket includes multiple questions that relate to different topics. In such cases, we recommend opening a separate ticket for each question or issue. This helps our support team respond more efficiently and ensures each topic receives the attention it needs.
That said, I’ll provide a brief overview and answer to your current questions here. However, if you’d like more detailed information on each topic, please feel free to open new tickets as suggested.
The upcoming event section is created to show events for the upcoming month. So if the current month is April, this section will show the events created in May. You are not able to go back to April, because the events from current month are already listed on the calendar view.
To integrate Zoom account, you need to create a Zoom account first, enter credentials and assign an employee to Zoom account. You can find more information on this link.
Events are always listed in Event booking form, there is no option to send the individual events, unless you create a page where a single event is listed. (there is a specific shortcode for this purpose)
For the notification settings, its always recommended to configure SMTP email settings. All other protocols are not stable and they will send emails as spam. You can find more information on this link.
