We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Sending row data to google sheets

    Hi, I understand the current Google Sheet integration. However, I'd like to achive the following, and I'm hoping you have a solution...

    I have an editable table on my wordpress site (inside my members' area). When a user adds a new row, I want to be able to send the row data to a specific google sheet.

    Can this be done currently? Thanks, Joe

    Hi Joe,

    Sorry to disappoint you, but at this time, we don't have any built-in solutions to achieve what you described.
    When we have an editable table, it does not have any link/connection to the source Google Sheet.
    A sheet can only be used to initially import the data - and later on, we can also manually upload the data from the Sheet to update rows in a table;
    but for this specific scenario, we don't have a valid built-in option at the moment.

    You can suggest it to our developers, though - they will do their best to make a solution in the future.

    Please feel free to search on our suggestions page

     to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there,  and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

    and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    If you have coding skills and wish to try to make a custom solution now,

    you can check out our available hooks for Developers on this documentation and see if you can find any hook that might help.

    We also added this new developer's handbook, which can allow users with coding skills to make custom add-ons.

    Our developers will keep adding more custom hooks/examples there over time.

    -

    Please be advised that custom solutions with hooks are not included in our support.

    You can also research resources such as Stack Overflow to see if any other user perhaps found a workaround.

    ( We do like to give examples for certain solutions, but for this use-case, we, unfortunately, don't have anything yet)

    Kind Regards,
