When I try to make changes in a table I get the following error as a pop-up
There was an error while trying to save the table!error
Not AcceptableAn appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.
Hello,
To be honest, this is the first time we've seen an error like this, and we haven’t been able to reproduce it on our end.
We’ll certainly help you isolate the issue. Could you please record a video of your screen (you can use any recording software, such as Loom, etc.) and share it with us? We’d like to see how your table looks initially, what table type you’re using, and the steps you take when the error occurs.
If the video can’t be sent through this chat, you can upload it to a platform like WeTransfer and send us the download link.
Once we review the video, we’ll do our best to advise you right away. If we’re unable to identify the issue from the video, we may need remote access to save time.
In that case, you can send us the URL of your WP-Admin along with admin user credentials (or create a temporary admin for the email address found in my signature). Just be sure to mark the message as PRIVATE if you’re sharing any sensitive data.
Thank you!
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Any update? I cannot make structural changes on my tables. I can add rows but cannot enable table tools for instance
Hello,
I can see you're trying to create a foreign key relation for this column.
Thank you for sending the video — it clearly shows the issue.
When creating a new column that will be used as a foreign key, please make sure to initially set its data type to Integer.
This ensures that the value is stored in your database as an integer (i.e., the row ID).
After that, you can change the column to String type and then configure your relation.
You can find a step-by-step tutorial and an example SQL table in our documentation here.
Let me know how it goes!
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
