On pages where I include tables from wpDataTables, the dropdown menus (in Header on desktop or mobile) and the "View Cart" dropdown not working.
I’ve tried disabling Bootstrap, etc, but that didn’t help.
Here are some example pages that include wpDataTables and where the issue occurs:

If I block the loading of the following files:
/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/bootstrap/bootstrap-select/bootstrap-select.min.js?ver=7.2
/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.js?ver=7.2
/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/wpdatatables/admin/common.js?ver=7.2
…the dropdowns start working again, but obviously, the tables no longer load.
I’ve come across similar topics in support threads, where it was mentioned that the issue had been resolved in the latest versions. I would really appreciate your help with this.

The issue has been resolved.
The problem was on Cloudflare's side with Rocket Loader™. After disabling Rocket Loader™, the issue disappeared.
