We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello I'm a therapist,  (So it is only one employee) and in the same day I have online and face to face services I need you to guide me so when I chose an online service I need to choose a location named "Online" and hide the physical location as I offer both services Simultaneously in the same address can you guide me to to this step by step I know that this can be easily done if we can assign the location to the service not the employee so please help me

The thing is in this place "Physical address" I can take online or face to face session Simultaneously so both address appear I want to assign the address to the service not the employee can you assist me on that please

can you tell if there is a way to achieve this cause I really need to finalize the booking system and launch the website as soon as possible

to elaborate more my working hours on Monday for instance is from 9:00 to 17:00 I can take either face to face or online so how ca I manage to assign the services and location right?

if you please add this option and meanwhile you could assist my developer to achieve this by adding some code or something cause this is common thing with therapist system and it will be so confusing for clients when trying to book.

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, Amelia doesn’t currently offer a built-in feature to differentiate between online and face-to-face services. However, there is a practical workaround that you can use. Let me explain:

The key difference between online and in-person services lies in the integration with Zoom or Google Meet. Any service that has Zoom or Google Meet enabled will effectively function as an online service. When a booking is made for these services, both the customer and the employee will automatically receive the meeting link.

As for locations, they are assigned to employees, not services. By default, you can set one primary location per employee, but in the Work Hours settings, you can assign different locations for each day of the week, allowing for more flexibility in scheduling.

You can find more information about the Zoom on this link and about work hours on this link.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
