Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, Amelia doesn’t currently offer a built-in feature to differentiate between online and face-to-face services. However, there is a practical workaround that you can use. Let me explain:
The key difference between online and in-person services lies in the integration with Zoom or Google Meet. Any service that has Zoom or Google Meet enabled will effectively function as an online service. When a booking is made for these services, both the customer and the employee will automatically receive the meeting link.
As for locations, they are assigned to employees, not services. By default, you can set one primary location per employee, but in the Work Hours settings, you can assign different locations for each day of the week, allowing for more flexibility in scheduling.
You can find more information about the Zoom on this link and about work hours on this link.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
