We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Followed the instructions but can't get amelia to open in a elementor pop-up.
No other tickets have a explanation on how they solved it.
Would really like to be able to have a elementor pop-up with the event list.
Button to open up the pop-up is book now, in elementor builder the event list shows but not anywhere else.
Hi Robin,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The popup button can be created using any page builder, including Elementor. To do this, you'll need to create a button with predefined parameters and then add a shortcode that gets triggered when the button is clicked. This process is explained step-by-step in our documentation, but here’s a quick summary:
Search for the Button block and add it to your page.
Click on the button to edit the text.
Navigate to the Advanced tab in the right-side menu.
Define a custom class for the button (e.g., trigger).
This class will be used to trigger the popup via shortcode.
Then you just need to add the booking form and configure the trigger
If you’re using a builder, it’s much simpler than that. Type “Amelia” in the search field of the builder, and select (or drag-and-drop) the form to the page.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan, Thanks for the reply!
These are the instructions i followed and they dont seem to work. I am getting the following error in console: "TypeError; Cannot read properties of null (reading 'classlist')
I've tried all the different ways of adding it within the pop-up they all end up on this error. Shortcode, widget etc.
Hi Robin,
I see, I didn't ask for the WP admin credentials, apologies. Could you please provide them? I’ll log in to take a better look.
Kind Regards,

Hi Robin,
Thanks for the access. I’ve created a new test page where I added a button followed by the event list booking form. Feel free to check it out and review the configuration. You can preview everything on the front-end page.

Hi Robin,
It has been already configured, you just have to select "edit with Elementor" option in Pages settings.
