Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

We have temporarily enter out Stripe credentials on your site and with our credentials everything is working and there are no issues with Amelia
So since Amelia is working with out credentials the issue is not with Amelia but either with some settings in Stripe platform or with your credentials so you will need to reach out to Stripe support team so that they can give you new set of credentials or to double check your settings since all is working with ours keys.

I am referring to this Stripe page for testing:

Please confirm whether a test payment is successful using the credit card number provided by Stripe.

FYI: We're experiencing the same issue here in the EU. It appears the latest update caused the problem, as it was working fine previously. For us, the issue occurs when the amount exceeds €300. Stripe, however, is functioning correctly.

Considering the possibility that the recent Amelia update is causing the problem, and that Stripe is operating as expected, do you think downgrading the Amelia plugin to a previous version might resolve the issue?

Thank you for your continued support. This message is from Hanae Noda regarding ticket #3906456, concerning the 3D Secure authentication error with Stripe payments we have been discussing
Following your previous suggestion, I have reviewed my Stripe settings and credentials, but the issue persists
Therefore, I attempted a test payment using the Stripe test card number that always requires 3D Secure authentication, as mentioned in the Stripe documentation

Instead of an error screen, the payment process keeps loading indefinitely without completion.This issue occurs even with small amounts.
Another user in the EU has reported a similar 3D Secure authentication error, suggesting that a recent Amelia update might be the cause (the issue reportedly occurs for amounts exceeding €300, but in my case, it happens even with the test card)
Could you please investigate the cause of this test card payment failure (the continuous loading issue) on the Amelia side and provide guidance on how to resolve it?

We received a response from Stripe, which stated the following:
All transactions requiring 3D Secure authentication are showing as incomplete in both the test and production environments.
If the 3D Secure authentication screen is not appearing, the site's implementation needs to be reviewed.
Specifically, the "return_URL" setting and the redirection to the bank's website should be checked.

I have successfully installed version 8.1.1 following the steps you provided.
In the test environment, the 3D Secure screen appeared, and the test payment was successful.

However, the issue with payment failures persists in the live/production environment.
Currently, all five Amelia-powered websites that I operate are experiencing the same 3D Secure issue, preventing successful payment completion and consequently delaying the handover to clients.
While I understand you are working diligently on this, I urgently request a prompt resolution for the live/production environment.

Like Hanae Noda said, there is issue on the Live / production mode .
I have the same issue like i said in https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3849032/.
I need to fix this issue because i'm loosing to many client and money since this bug.
I'd like to use the earlier version (8.1.1) too BUT if the bug is still here on it too, like Hanae Noda said, what is the point of using it ? So either you have another old version without this bug OR either the issue is fixed really asap.
PS : sorry if i sound rude, it is not the point and how i feel. My english is not verry good and i don't want to sound like this. I know you are all doing your best. So do you at least know when the update will be release OR at least how long i have to wait ? My employee are asking me how long it will take ? I also need to know to know if i change the way the website work (still using stripe until the issue is fix or if i have to change everything on my website to put "manual" payment)

However, we are still experiencing issues with card payments from a specific card issuing company.
We are planning to contact that specific card company to investigate the cause.
