I just renewed my plugin. I use it to offer school tours. They are free. Now when the users select the time slot and enter the details and then click on submit, the please wait sign comes. Then the sign keeps rotating there. No confirmation on front end or backend. No entry or anything. Just the sign keeps rotating.

Hello,
Its been the same error for me as well. I have fixed only then, when on the booking page removed the code of Amelia for booking, saved, and then add again.
Hey,
Thanks a lot. When I removed the old module(shortcode in DIVI builder), turns out there was an updated module. I even tried that and the same problem, it gets struck after submitting and keeps on loading but never loads.
Did yours solved immediately?
I am working with a elementor, i just deleted and added step by step booking. and the error is gone straight away.
Hello Irena,
Thank you so much for sharing your solution! That’s really helpful and much appreciated.
Hello Sanskar,
Thanks for the update. Could you please try the same approach Irena used?
Remove the existing Amelia shortcode/module from your booking page, save the page, and then re-add it again. In many cases, this resolves issues with the form getting stuck on submission.
Let me know how it goes!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Thanks Irena, I do miss Elementor cause it didn't work on Divi though.
Uroš, I tried and its still failing. I am noticing one more strange thing, in my console, it says:
booking/:1 Uncaught (in promise) null
This might be related to the error?
Hello Sanskar,
Thank you for the update on this.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I found the solution, and it turns out it was caused by the captcha API keys that were still there from the old setup. It's all sorted. If possible, please suggest your team create an error log for the captcha so it's easier to debug. Thanks
Hello Sanskar,
Thank you so much for the update—glad to hear you got it sorted!
I really appreciate the suggestion about adding an error log for the captcha. I’ll definitely pass that along to our team for consideration in a future update, as it would indeed help make debugging much easier.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with!
Kind Regards,
