We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Struggling with a client scenario - simplified version as follows:
Client provides two services from their Clinic.
One of them (service A) can ONLY be provided in-person, but the other (service B) can also be provided Online.
We currently have this setup to show that they are available for Service A and Service B, at Locations named 'Clinic' and 'Online'.
However, this means that patients have been booking 'Service A' (in-person only) and selecting the location 'Online'.
Is there a way around this?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, Amelia doesn't have the option to differentiate between online and offline locations. The difference is in the service configuration. If you enable the Zoom or Google Meet option for a certain service, it will be considered online. You can then assign this service to a specific employee and location. Locations are assigned to employees, not services. However, you can assign different locations for each day of the week in the employee work hours configuration. To summarize, service 1 (online) assigned to employee 1 - location 1 (online).

Service 2 in person - employee 2 - location 2 (in person)
