ich habe mehrere Kunden, die ein Paket haben welches 10 Termine beinhaltet (Personal Training).
Wie kann ich manuell einen Termin für die Kunden buchen und auswählen, dass dieser dann von dem Paket abgezogen wird?
Es klappt alles ohne Probleme, wenn sich meine Kunden in ihren Mitgliederbereich einloggen und dann selbst buchen. Doch ich brauche dringend noch die Möglichkeit manuell einen Termin buchen zu können, welcher dann von diesem Paket abgezogen wird.

How can I manually book an appointment for them and then select to have it remove from the package?
Everything works fine when my clients log into their member area and then book themselves. However, I urgently need the option to manually book an appointment, which will then be remove from this package.

Thanks for your message!
To manually book an appointment for a client and have it deducted from their existing package, please follow these steps:
Go to Amelia > Services > Packages,
Click "Manage Packages" (icon on the right-hand side of the package in question),
Find the customer in the list, then click the “+” icon to manually add an appointment from their remaining package balance.
This way, the appointment will be properly counted against their package.

Um manuell einen Termin für einen Kunden zu buchen und ihn vom bestehenden Paket abzuziehen, folge bitte diesen Schritten:
Gehe zu Amelia > Leistungen > Pakete,
Klicke auf „Pakete verwalten“ (Symbol rechts neben dem entsprechenden Paket),
Suche den Kunden in der Liste und klicke dann auf das „+“-Symbol, um einen Termin manuell von seinem Paketguthaben hinzuzufügen.
Auf diese Weise wird der Termin korrekt vom Paket abgezogen.
Lass mich wissen, wenn du weitere Hilfe benötigst!
