Formidable Forms Breaking a single form into two forms

    Hello, I have a single form that has contact information and product information below that. WPTables is reading the single file and splitting it into two forms. Because of this, I can't retrieve product information that corresponds to product information in one datatable. Why is WPtables splitting the form in two?

    Hi Mike,

    As mentioned in the other ticket, we're currently experiencing issues with our ticketing system, which caused some delays. Thank you so much for your patience.

    Regarding this issue, we’re unable to reproduce it on our end. Any Formidable Form we tested successfully creates one table linked to it — it does not split into two separate tables.

    Are you perhaps using any add-ons from Formidable that could be affecting the form's structure?

    Could you please record a short video demonstrating the following:

    • What your source form looks like and how the fields are configured

    • A couple of sample submissions in the form

    • And finally, how our plugin splits the data into two tables during table creation, as you described

    Once we review the video, we’ll be better able to advise.
