We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello,

    I have two questions about the event calendar:

    1. How can I direct my clients to a specific event instead of just the general calendar? When I click on an event, the URL does not change, so I am unable to share a direct link. Is there a workaround for this?

    2. Is there a way to change the order in which events appear on the calendar? For example, on April 17th, we have four events, and I would like a specific one to appear at the top. How can I adjust this?

    1. Url can now be changed per events this is for the complete booking form. You need to create specific page for specific event andto use shortcode for that event https://wpamelia.com/amelia-shortcodes/ for example
      [ameliaeventscalendarbooking event=1] if you’d like to display only the event with ID: 1,[ameliaeventscalendarbooking event=1 recurring=1] if you’d like to display the booking form for the event with ID 1, including recurring events,
    2. Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
