We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
From the documentation:
“2. If you already have created table, you can click on the Edit in Excel-like editor icon in the Functions column on the wpDataTables page.
3. You can switch between the standard wpDataTables back-end editor and Excel-like editor at any time."
None of these appear on my page.
I am using an integrated Forminator form with WPdatatables. It has a field that accepts line returns to make the column shorter, similar to word wrap. Some people are not hitting the returns so I end up with long columns in the table. I want to edit those columns.
It would be even nicer if word wrap could be set for individual columns without turning off horizontal scroll and making all columns wrap.

Hi Brent,
My sincere apologies for all the waiting time on your tickets.
In regard to this issue, I can see you opened a new ticket where we discussed this in more details.
In short, yes, editing is not possible for Forminator tables - but you can try our Gravity Forms integration, for them, we have editing available.
2. In regards to word wrap custom options, like setting it separate per column, at the moment we don't have a valid solution.
We will do our best to work on that in the future.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
