1 - we have downloaded the plugin Amelia but we cannot insert the block into our website - We are not sure what the issue is or where but if you mean on Gutenberg blocks you should be able to see widgets when you click on blue and white cross. But make sure that Amelia is active and you can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/gutenberg-block/
2- How can I give her permission to have full acess to the Amelia plugin? It's not an employee category. - If you want to give her full access then you need to give her admin role
3 - How to enable the Amelia’s block editor integration? - I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video?

Amelia is installed and active and all members of my team are admin. I have tried to activate and deactivate Amelia, however whenever I am editing in the Gutenberg block editor and I go to add the Amelia block into my website, it tells me “no results found.” Therefore I can only insert Amelia as short code right now but it’s not the correct booking form (Step by Step 2.0)
