We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Setting up Amelia for gym

I am working on a website for a gym and the situation seems a bit specific. Namely, the gym owner wants to schedule appointments only, but without assigning trainers (staff). He wants to assign trainers who will hold scheduled training manually (after the booking process is finished and paid). This also means that it should be possible for several clients to schedule different trainings, for example, fitness, boxing, or weightlifting, at the same time slot.

There are different types of training (currently seven) and some are individual and some are group. Some group training sessions require up to three trainers, which is completely irrelevant; what is important is that they do not figure in the scheduling process because the owner will determine this later.

In other words, I want a potential client to choose only the type of training and a time slot and pay for it.

Please tell me if this situation is possible (meaning that the staff is not displayed in the site frontend) and what all I need. I also need a woocommerce integration to enable card payments. I need discount coupons as well but I would use the ones I have in woocommerce.

I hope I explained well what I want.

    Have a great day!

    Hello Miljko,

    Thank you for your clarification!

You can set it up so that the employee (trainer) is automatically assigned based on the training type or any other criteria you set, while still allowing clients to choose the type of training and a time slot. The employee selection field can be hidden on the front-end booking form, ensuring that clients don’t have to choose a trainer themselves.

For payment processing, WooCommerce integration works seamlessly with Amelia. You can also use the existing WooCommerce discount coupons for the bookings.

For more details on how to set up WooCommerce with Amelia, feel free to check out this link: WooCommerce Integration.

Let me know if you need any further assistance, and I’ll be happy to help!

    Have a great day!

    Kind Regards,
