We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Amelia Version 8.0.2

    In the customer portal, under the package section, the label for canceling a single appointment can be changed, as well as the button to cancel the entire package. However, this is not working correctly — the text for canceling a single appointment is being applied to the button for canceling the entire package. We would like to have different labels for these two actions, as intended. This works correctly in the form editor but not in the frontend. We kindly ask for a correction.

    Additionally, is there a way to prevent the cancellation of the entire package unless done in consultation with us? We would like such cancellations to only be possible after a personal discussion with the customer, as this process is complex. Services already rendered must still be paid for, and any price advantage granted through the package booking must also be taken into account.

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Amelia 8.0.2 is not the latest version, our recent version is 8.1.1 so make sure to update accordingly. When it comes to labels, there are two separate sections for translating the labels. 

    When you go to Customize section, and select Appointments, there is an option to translate labels for "Standard" appointments.

    If you scroll down and select "package appointments", you will notice two "sub sections". If you select labels and then "Page Card' step, you will notice the option to translate the Cancel option but for appointments

    If you click on step popups and then "Package appointments", you will the labels option for Heading title

    To prevent the cancelation of the entire package, you can disable this option in User Role settings.
