Hello,
in payment management, the customer can pay for the service in multiple installments until the balance is paid. Unfortunately, Amelia does not keep track of the various advance payments that have been made, e.g. date and time. Am I wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to us.
That’s correct—unfortunately, there is no option to track payments automatically. However, in the Finance section, you can manage this manually. For example, if a customer pays a deposit first, you will see this amount listed in the Finance section. You can then manage the payment manually by adjusting the amount or status as needed.
