We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi !
So I'm using Amelia plugin for my rehearsal studios. I have 3 studios, and 2 different fee for each.
One fee is for all bookings before 18h & weekends, the other is after 18h during the week.
I had some clients that wanted to book sessions from 16h to 19h in the weekdays, but the option is not offered.
Is there a way to offer to my clients the possibility to combine two different fees in one booking ?
Thanks in advance !
Best regards,
Victor Lecoeur

Hello Victor,
Thank you for reaching out! Could you clarify what you mean by "fees"? Are you referring to different service prices based on time slots, or are these additional charges applied separately? Also, do you want customers to book a session that spans across both pricing periods (e.g., 16h-19h) and have the correct price applied automatically?
Let us know so we can guide you accordingly!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros, thanks for your reply !
So, I have 3 rehearsal studios, and for each, I created two employees per studio, for service prices that changes before 18h and after 18h:
Studio 1 / Studio 1 before 18h
Studio 2 / Studio 2 before 18h
Studio 3 / Studio 3 before 18h
with corresponding service price, as you said, based on time slots.
Your understanding is correct ! I would like to know if it's possible for my clients to book a session that spans accross both pricing periods, and prices ajusting accordingly.
Because at the moment, if for example my client wants four hours booking 15h-19h, Amelia only offers 14h-18h.
Let me know if anything isn't clear, or if you need anything.
Have a great day,
Victor
Hello Victor,
Thank you for the update on this.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,

Hello Victor,
Thank you for the clarification!
At the moment, Amelia does not support booking an appointment that spans across two different time-based pricing periods (e.g., from 15h to 19h if the pricing changes at 18h). The plugin is designed to offer time slots based on a single employee/service configuration, so it cannot split pricing within a single appointment.
The only workaround would be to divide such bookings into two separate appointments—one before 18h and one after—but I understand this is not ideal.
Let me know if you’d like me to pass this on as a feature request to our team.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros, thanks for the reply !
Understood.
Yes please ! That would be a life safer if this feature would be developped by your team !
I have another question regarding synchronization with Google Agenda. I'm using it to block my planning when Amelia gets a booking.
My question is: is there a way to pre-fill the google agenda bookings created by Amelia, like the location, some notes ?
I see on my other website ( www.wacked.fr ) which also uses Amelia that the address is put on each booking created by Amelia on Google Agenda (maybe it's taken from the "company infos" on amelia ?), but not on www.wackedlive.fr .
Thanks in advance, and have a great end of week / weekend.
Hello Victor,
Thanks for your message!
Could you elaborate a bit more on what you're looking for regarding pre-filling Google Agenda bookings with information like location and notes? Are you asking if Amelia can automatically pull in specific information from the "company info" in Amelia and add it to the Google Calendar event when a booking is made? It would be helpful to understand which details you'd like to see pre-filled.
Looking forward to your response!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros,
Of course, let me elaborate:
When a client books a rehearsal on my website, Amelia creates a booking on the proper Google Agenda (like in the example on "capture 1").
When Amelia does that, it creates the booking, with the name of the service (number of hours for the rehearsal), name of the employee (which studio) and that's it (capture 2 and 3).
With the notification email I receive in my emailbox, I fill up all necessary informations:
- location
- client's email, so he receives all the infos
- standardized title: Payé (payed en french) - *name of client* - *additionnal things (like renting a piano, etc...)
- How to come to the studio in the description
All can be seen in "Capture 4".
So my initial question is: Is there a way to send the infos I fill up directly from Amelia to Google Agenda?
- Location
- Description
Which are always the same.
and, if possible, adding client's email, and informations in the title ? (those info changes for each booking, of course).
Thanks in advance, and have a great day !
Victor

Hi Victor,
Thanks for the detailed explanation and for sharing the captures!
At the moment, Amelia does not support sending custom data like location, description, or dynamic email/title info directly to Google Calendar. The integration is limited to syncing basic booking details (service, employee, and time).
We understand how useful your use case would be, and I’ll be happy to forward this as a feature suggestion to our development team.
If you need any help setting up notification templates or other alternatives, feel free to ask!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
