On the step-by-step booking form, there doesn’t seem to be an option for customers to select “any employee.” Many of our clients don’t mind which employee they book with — they simply want to see all available time slots for a chosen service. Is there a way to enable an “Any” option that will show availability across all employees? If not, is there a recommended workaround to achieve this? - If the employee field is not mandatory then they can go to next step without choosing the employee. There is no option to choose any employee as such they just move to next step
But if person will go next step without choosing employee system will chose trainer randomly isn't it like this? But then customer will not see all available dates of all trainers but only of trainer which system randomly chose. Is possible to change form somehow so we can add button. Go to "next step without chosing trainer" or something like this?
I can see that this is a duplicate ticket, and we already covered this topic in another ticket:

For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!
Thank you for your understanding!
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Is this joke or what? Its not duplicate topic you told me I should create new topic for each problem we have so I did and I gave you additional question about this topic.
The policy requires that you open a separate ticket for each question, but not that you submit the same question across multiple tickets. If you have three different questions, you should open three different tickets. However, there is no need to open three separate tickets with the exact same question.
We sincerely apologize if we have overlooked anything, but as far as we can see, this is an identical question that has already been answered.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
