We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Amelia Team,
I hope you're doing great!
I’d like to suggest a small improvement that could make a big difference in how users manage customer data inside Amelia.
Currently, when we enable Custom Fields and set them as required, these fields do not appear in the Customers section of the dashboard. It would be a huge help if those custom fields (e.g., Address, Allergies, Conditions) were visible directly in the customer list, not just within the appointment details.
Additionally, when performing a customer import, it would be ideal to be able to include those custom fields as well – for consistency and full data mapping.
Thanks a lot for your hard work and a great product! 😊
Best regards,
Valentin
Hi Valentin,
Thanks for reaching out, i hope you are doing well. Currently, the custom field information is stored in Appointment section since the information is entered by customers on the booking form. However, feel free to suggest any feature or improvement that you want to see on our feature suggestion page.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
