I’m reaching out because I need clarification on a few things regarding your booking system.
1. “Any Employee” Option in Step-by-Step Booking Form
On the step-by-step booking form, there doesn’t seem to be an option for customers to select “any employee.” Many of our clients don’t mind which employee they book with — they simply want to see all available time slots for a chosen service.
Is there a way to enable an “Any” option that will show availability across all employees? If not, is there a recommended workaround to achieve this?
2. Catalog with Calendar View
I noticed that some of the older shortcodes provided a catalog that included a calendar view. However, this version is now outdated, and the newer catalog templates no longer include a calendar.
Is there an updated version of the catalog view that includes a calendar so customers can see all available services by date and time?
3. Unified Calendar for Events & Services
Currently, the calendar appears to show only events. We need a calendar view for customers that combines both events and services, so they can see everything available in one place.
Is it possible to make the internal calendar from the employees’ dashboard visible to customers, or is there another way to display a full overview of events and services?
All three of these features seem very logical and valuable from a customer’s perspective, and I’m hoping Amelia has solutions or plans to implement them soon.

When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

There is no option to choose any employee as such they just move to next step

Is it possible to make the internal calendar from the employees’ dashboard visible to customers, or is there another way to display a full overview of events and services? - Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. these are completely separate and you cannot combine events and services. They work in two different ways and they can not be combined and shown on same forms.
