We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
It appears that the only way to filter Events on the front end is via:
In both cases, Event Type just relates to a Tag.
What I would like to do is filter by multiple Tags and other options, eg specific Employees or whether the status was open or booked ...preferably through using checkboxes to select the filters.
Is this possible? Does it require custom coding? Do you have any examples?
Or could I filter from inside Bricks Builder to display a custom selection via specific shortcodes?
I hope the question is clear. Thanks in advance,
Mick
Hi Mick,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, the only option currently when it comes to filters is to filter by the mentioned parameters. It would require customization (changing a code), but we are not sure if its possible to customize it with other third party plugins. Unfortunatelly, currently, we do not provide customization option, however, there are specific shortcodes which you can use to to show custom events. For example, you can use this shortcode -
You can find a full list of shortcodes on this link.
Kind Regards,

Hi Stefan
Many thanks for your clarification.
Is it possible (maybe with code) to change the view filters to be the same as the Calendar View?
In other words to allow multiple Tag selections and also to show Status & Employees
If it's possible with code, could you point me in the right direction to find out how to code this,, please.
Thanks again
Mick
Hi Mick,
Apologies for the delayed answer. It is possible to edit it with the custom code, however, we do not provide customization services at this moment. For the time being, we only recommend suggesting it as a feature on our feature suggestion page.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
