    I am trying to add the started purchase code into the Amelia plugin.  Mainly I installed the ameliabooking-start.zip but the thing does not allow me to paste the code you provided me.  

    I followed the instructions but it does not work.

    Any solution?.

    I imagine this is all a joke. You have given me the same explanation that the instructions say, something I have already done five or six times and I still cannot write in the activation code box.

    I have spoken with a certain Erus in the wpamelia chat this:

    Hello Rafa,

    You can download the latest version of Amelia from your profile on our store.

    To update Amelia, please follow these steps:

    Go to Amelia > Settings > Activation and ensure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.

    Next, head to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin.

    If you're using WordPress 5.8 or higher, go to Plugins > Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.

    When you upload the file, WordPress will notify you that you're replacing the current plugin version. Just confirm this action.

    Once the plugin is installed, activate it and make sure to purge the cache from your website.

    Hello, I am about to request a refund. Mainly the thing does not work and as assistance we can say that it is not too good leaving me in the middle of the conversation for 21 hours now. Any quick solution, as we're waiting for you to get started?

    And my friend Erus has left me for 18 hours without a response. Of course, something I paid for doesn't work. Customer service is terrible. Do you really expect me to base my client entrance on a company that can't even serve their customers after 3 days?

    I want a solution within the next six hours!
