    Hi,

concerning the "%customer_panel_url%" parameter, if I put this on the "accepted appointment" into the client's email the link works fine (picture1) but if I use the same link into the SMS sent to the client it doesn't work (picture2).

Please note that I set that

    - the client doesn't become a wordpress user and

    - no password is required to access the client control panel

The big problem is that I can have clients that do not have an email therefore the only way to give them and access to the control panel in order to modify/delete an appointment is to put the link on the SMS, but as you can see it does not work...

    What can I do?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Marcello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hello Uros,

I did everything you told me but still doesn't work.

    Here are all screenshots requested:

Using my mobile phone I go to the main page eurbenessere.it (PIC_1)

then I select the option "ARTICOLI & INFO"

I at the bottom of the page and click on "test prenotazione" (PIC_2)

then I click on the button "NUOVO" (PIC_3)

Then I choose a Service (you can choose any) for example "Posturale Mézières" (PIC_4)

    Then I select a date, for example "23.Aprile.2025" (PIC_5)

    Thena I select Time, for example "10.30 - 11.20" (PIC_6)

Then I insert for the first time user data: "Jack Smith" (PIC_7). Obviously on the picture you see 12345678, but I inserted my phone number

Then I confirm the summary (PIC_8)

Then I confirm end of operations (PIC_9)

Then on SMS Messages I click on the link that has arrived (The last one of PIC_10)

And, unfortunately, it appears "insert email and password" (PIC_11) rather than Customer Panel Page.

    Waiting from your news.

    Many Thanks in advance...

P.S. Since I realized I cannot attach here more than four pictures, I create a pdf file wherein you can find in row all the pictures I wrote above

P.P.S I deleted the appointment and the user created right now in order you have my same situation

    Hello Marcello,

Please note that when the customer receives a customer panel link, once they click on the link, they will not be automatically logged into the customer panel.

When your client makes a reservation and completes the booking process by paying for the service, they should have the option to access the Customer Panel afterward to manage their reservation details. However, to access the Customer Panel, they need to have a login and password set up.

Typically, after completing the booking process, there should be an option for the customer to create a password for the Customer Panel. This option is usually presented to them once the booking is finalized. If your client didn't set up a password after completing the booking process, that might be why they're encountering difficulties when trying to access the panel.

The solution in this scenario is relatively simple. Your client can still access the Customer Panel by utilizing the "forgot password" feature. This feature should be available on the login page of the Customer Panel. By clicking on "forgot password," your client will be prompted to enter their email address. After doing so, they should receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password.

Once they've reset their password, they should be able to log in to the Customer Panel using their email address and the newly created password. From there, they'll have access to manage their reservation details as needed.

So, to sum up, your client has two options:

    1. If they haven't created a password after completing the booking process, they can click on the "forgot password" button on the Customer Panel login page to create a new password.
    2. If they have created a password after completing the booking process, they can simply use that password to log in to the Customer Panel.

Ensuring that your client is aware of these options should help them navigate the Customer Panel more easily and manage their reservations effectively. If you need further assistance with configuring the settings, feel free to provide more details, and I'd be happy to help!

    Hi Uros,

10 minutes ago I sent you a reply with all the screenshot in order to understand what I did, as you requested.

Moreover, reading now your last comment, I would like to tell you that:

    1) Often some of my customers do not have emails therefore I cannot use "forgot password", and this is the reason why on the configuration I put "No password" for the user.

    2) The thing is that the link of the parameter %customer_panel_url% written into a user's email new appointment sends the user directly and correctly to his/her user_panel without any user and password required, while the same parameter %customer_panel_url% written into a user's SMS new appointment sends (wrongly) the user to the panel "Insert User and Password" (PIC_11).

So I do not understand why the same parameter used into two different objects gives two differents links...??

Waiting for your news. Thank you
