The date format is not properly configured in your WordPress settings. Amelia doesn’t have its own settings for the date format; it uses the WordPress settings. You need to make sure that the date is configured to one of the selected formats in WordPress.
Also, the number of appointments depends on the package configuration, for each package you can configure the exact number of appointments.
Number of Appointments is set to 5 and I still have that issue. Additionally are you telling me that Amelia does not support jS F Y as a date format? This is the format set in our settings.
Amelia doesn’t have its own date/time settings, as it uses the settings from WordPress. However, some custom formats are not supported. If unsupported formats are used, the date/time may display incorrectly. It’s advisable to stick with the pre-configured formats to avoid any issues.
As for the package, I just went to your website to test. After selecting a package and appointment, I can see the "Add more appointments" button.
However, please note that for this particular package, the number of required appointments is 1, so after selecting a single appointment, there will be no option to add more appointments. The rest can be booked through the customer panel.
If the required number is set to 0, the customer can go through the booking process without selecting any appointments.
There are two issues with this form,
Dates are incorrectly formatted 191 of April is not a date.
But more importantly Users cannot book more than one appointment at a time.
