We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
It seems like it's not possible to set different messaging for the thank you page of the services and packages. When I set a thank you message (header) for the packages, it displays the exact same message for when someone books a schedule, which can be out of context and may confuse the customer.
Hi gerson,
Thanks for reaching out to us. The trick is to change the labels in Package section in Customize section. When selecting Step by Step, you need to select a Package from dropdown menu
Then change the Labels here
And when there is a booking for a Package, this page will be shown
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
That's what I did before and I was surprised to see that the "congratulations" message was the same for both services and packages.
I initially modified the one for services with something like "you can now check out your student dashboard for your schedule," and for packages it was something like "check your student dashboard to start using your class card (package)" and I was surprised to see the package message being displayed when a student books a single appointment.
I confirmed that the 2 messages keep overriding each other. Whichever one was saved last gets used.
Can you confirm this on your end?
Hi Gerson,
Apologies for the delayed response. You're right—I took some time to test it, and it appears that the label is recognized for both services and packages.
Let me double-check with the QA team, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Gerson,
I've got an update. Apparently, the current configuration is that the label is "shared" between the appointments and packages section. Developers think that it's not a simple task to change it with simple code or similar, but of course, this will be added to the list. The only possible solution at the moment is to configure the label so that it serves both packages and appointments. I know this isn't the ideal solution, but unfortunately, it's the only one at this time.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
