I hope you are doing well. Yes, there is an option to manage it, it's called "no show". This option can be enabled in User Role settings / Customer section.
This is primarily used for Appointments / Services, however, it can be also used in Events. If an Event is in the past, and it has Attendes registered, an admin or employee would have the option to change the status to "no show".
Is there a way for employees to mark attendance for events? We would like to record which customers attend and customers who don't show up. Thanks. :)
