In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Bonjour je n'arrive pas à régler les horaire de travail sur le calendrier Amelia. j'ai mis de 09:00 à 17:00 mais certaines journée il y a des disponibilités au delà de 18:00.

    De plus il y a des rendez-vous, déjà pris sur des journées, mais en front-end, les clients peuvent prendre des rendez-vous à cette même heure, pourtant je n'ai pas autorisé "accepter les rendez-vous au dessus de la capacité maximale". Et pour finir, il n'arrive pas à synchroniser et s'afficher sur le calendrier apple de l'employé


    Hello I can't adjust the work schedule on the Amelia calendar. I put from 09:00 to 17:00 but some days there is availability beyond 18:00.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Since there are two unrelated questions/topics, I would kindly ask you to open a new ticket for each subject. Our procedure is to have a separate ticket for each question to help us provide better assistance and make it easier to locate tickets.

    Regarding the work hours configuration, it looks like the issue might be related to the WordPress timezone settings. Amelia doesn’t have its own timezone settings; it uses the WordPress configuration. It’s important to configure the timezone to the nearest city in your timezone. If it’s set to UTC, it can cause issues with daylight savings.

    Please change the timezone to the nearest city in your timezone if you haven’t already and let me know if it resolves the issue.
