We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We have 1000 + wptables with a source of Google Spreadsheets.
I just connected the new required Google Spreadsheets API per the instructions.
And all the tables are now reporting Error: Forbidden.
The same as this ticket :
https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/3629645/
I have since removed the API, all of the tables are now working.
However I cannot add any new tables.
Can you help me resolve this issue?
Thank you.
I referenced the wrong/similar ticket,.
this is the correct other ticket.

I posted 5 days ago is there any help for this issue?
Thank you
Hi Kim,
My sincerest apologies—we encountered significant issues with our ticketing system.
Some tickets were mistakenly marked as "replied" even though they hadn’t received a response, which caused us to miss them.
It looks like the issue has been resolved now, but we've also implemented a new support system that you can access directly on our site. Just click the little chat box in the bottom right corner.
First, our AI assistant will attempt to help with your questions or issues. It continuously learns and improves, but if it doesn't resolve your issue, it will connect you with us directly.
Thank you for your patience.
In regard to your specific scenario here, the same as per the other user's ticket:
Unfortunately, we haven't heard back from the user who opened that ticket, so we are unable to say exactly what this issue is, but we can see you seem to experience the same scenario.
We are not able to reproduce this.
On our test Sites, for all Sheets ( old and new), as soon as we add our Google API key to the Plugin settings, everything works without any issue.
If we try published Sheets, they work as per this Guide;
And for Private Sheets - they just have to be shared with the Google API service account(same one which we added to the Plugin settings) as per this Guide.
As mentioned on that other ticket :
So far, we have received reports from users (as well as from our own testing) that all old spreadsheets are working fine, even without connecting the Google API service account in our plugin settings.
This new method is required for using new spreadsheets, but you are experiencing a different issue—almost the opposite scenario.
Could you check the following:
If you've verified everything and still can't isolate the problem, could you provide remote Admin access to the site?
If you can provide Admin credentials or create a new Admin user for my email (found in my signature), please mark your reply as PRIVATE for security reasons.
Additionally, please send me the Google API JSON data/key that you entered into the Plugin settings. This will allow us to try our own API key on your site and determine if the issue is related to our plugin functionality. We can also test adding our own Google Sheet to see if that works.
Once the issue is resolved, we will revert to your own Google API settings, which is why we need the JSON key. As mentioned, please ensure this information is sent in a PRIVATE reply for safety.
If the ticket doesn’t allow you to attach the JSON file directly, you can save the JSON file, zip it, and attach it here. Alternatively, you can upload it to a service like WeTransfer and send me the download link.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello,
I just wanted to let you know that our new update is live, including this improvement/fix.
You can check out our updated guide in the documentation, where we've highlighted the changes.
The simplest method is to fully publish each Sheet and then use the link from the Publish section. In this case, you don’t need to manually adjust any share settings.
Additionally, you don’t need to connect the Google API, so you’ll avoid the "Too many requests" error if you plan to work with a large number of tables from Google Sheets.
Just update your plugin and follow the steps in the guide.
If you’d like to set a custom update interval (to refresh table data from the Sheets) and improve loading performance for larger tables (around 2,000 to 5,000 rows), you can set up our Cache and Auto Update Cache feature.
Let me know how it goes, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
