Hello,
I would like to ask. I use EVENT calendar and I would like to increase my conversion when I lead my clients to my event calendar. Is it possible to share link directly to the EVENT?
Thank you
Hello Martin,
Starting from Amelia 7.4.2, users can pre-select a list of entity IDs separated by commas, which will be automatically pre-filled on the form. The following list of URL parameters can be added to achieve this:
- ameliaEventId: The ID of the event that will pre-filter Event-related shortcodes;
- ameliaEventTag: A specific tag added to an event that will pre-filter Event-related shortcodes;
- ameliaServiceId: The ID of the service that will pre-filter appointment-booking shortcodes;
- ameliaEmployeeId: The ID of a specific employee that will pre-filter appointment-booking shortcodes;
- ameliaCategoryId: The ID of a specific category that will pre-filter appointment-booking shortcodes;
- ameliaLocationId: The ID of a specific location that will pre-filter appointment-booking shortcodes (can only be used for Service-related booking forms, not Event-related booking forms);
- ameliaEventPopup: Enter the event ID of the event to be opened on page load.
Examples:Event URL:
Booking Form URL:
Please note that these are examples and not live websites. They demonstrate how a URL with predefined parameters would function.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello,
there is some problem now. PopUp doesn't work anymore. Can you fix it please?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please try our own native Amelia PopUp, like this :
1. Choose an Amelia Booking Block ( In this example i choose the standard Step By Step 2.0)
2. Select if you need any preselected parameter ( here i will choose just one Employee preselected)
3. Then make sure you set a "trigger ID" or "trigger Class" name, and later we will apply the same "trigger ID" or "Class".
In my example, I choose it to be a "Trigger type as ID", named "my-popup-id1"
and make sure to choose "Show in Amelia PopUp" beneath.
Note the Form Shortcode automatically then adds the part "in_dialog=1".
4. Now, you can choose Button/ or try Call To Action ( In my case, we use the free Elementor so a button)
Set the same "Trigger ID or Class" to your button ( or call to action button).
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

I dont undrstand. I have my event calendar and every event has own ID.
I just want to redirect my customer to the page for event for example ID34.
https://arkak9.com/akce/?ameliaEventPopup=34
But that doesn't work anymore.
If I understand well. Now You recommend me to create button on my page for every event?
Hello Martin,
Thank you for your message.
You’re absolutely right — the event ID link should work with version 8.3.1. If it’s not working on your site, there might be a conflict or a caching issue.
Please try the following steps:
Clear your browser and site cache, especially if you're using a caching plugin.
Test the link in an incognito/private window to ensure it's not a session or cache issue.
Confirm that the [ameliaeventslistbooking] shortcode is placed on the target page (/akce/), as the popup functionality requires it.
Also, please make sure you’re using the correct format of the URL, which is:
Just replace 123 with your actual event ID.
You don’t need to manually create a button for every event — once this is set correctly, the popup will open directly when the link is accessed.
Let me know how it goes or if you need further help!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello,
when I do this. Pop Up is load but only with button. Lets see:
https://arkak9.com/akce/?ameliaEventId=34&ameliaEventPopup=34
Hello Martin,
Thanks for the follow-up!
Please install Amelia version 8.3.1 if you haven’t already, and then follow these steps:
Go to Amelia » Customize in your WordPress dashboard.
Click on the Booking Form you are using.
Once inside, click the “Publish Form” button in the top right corner.
This step is essential to ensure the form is properly registered and the event popup links will function as expected.
After publishing the form, try using your event popup link again:
Let me know if it works after doing this!
Kind Regards,
