Hello Amelia Support Team,
I have noticed an issue with the booking system related to pending payments and service availability.
Here’s the situation:
I book a specific service at a given time.
While my booking is still pending payment, the time slot remains open for the same service I selected.
However, if I try to book a different service at the same time, the slot appears as unavailable.
This behavior seems inconsistent, as the selected time slot should be blocked for all services until the pending payment is either completed or canceled. Could you please check if this is expected behavior or a potential bug?
