Lorsque je fais des tests de réservations fictives, je reçois le mail 1 fois sur 5, et quand je le reçois le lien pour accéder au tableau de bord client ne fonctionne pas.

Merci de nous avoir contactés. Ce problème survient généralement en raison d’une configuration incorrecte de l'email. Je vois que vous avez déjà mentionné l’utilisation du protocole SMTP, mais l’avez-vous configuré directement dans Amelia (et non via un plugin tiers) ? Vous pouvez suivre les instructions de lien.

Merci pour votre réponse, en effet j'ai configuré le protocole SMTP, et j'ai désactivé WP Mail SMTP car je pense que c'est cela qui bloquait les mails. Désormais je reçois les mails correctement. Merci !
