We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I am reaching out to you because I have an important need for organizing my events with Amelia Booking.

I organize trade fairs and allow professionals to book a spot online for the event. I use the "Events" feature in Amelia Booking to let professionals reserve a space.

However, I don’t want just any professional to be able to book a spot. I want to be able to choose whether I accept or reject a professional’s reservation.

Do you offer this functionality ?

If not, do you have an alternative solution to achieve this result? For example, by using a payment link, a waitlist, two different forms (one with payment and one without), etc. ?

This is a crucial requirement for my business.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. What you need is some sort of membership feature and Amelia is not a membership plugin so this is not possible to set up In Amelia as such.

But there may be a workaround you're interested in.
Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
